Most of the databases developed locally by members of BAMBOO are hosted at the Rhône-Alpes Bioinformatics Center (PRABI, "Pôle Rhône Alpin de BioInformatique"). Only the (ex-)members of BAMBOO involved in the database are mentioned in the table below. Other contributors are indicated on the web page of the database.

Name Main curator Brief description
Before 2007
UniPathwayAnne MorgatUniPathway provides a collection of manually curated metabolic pathways. Metabolic pathways are associated to a terminology and are possibly defined at the chemical level. Protein-Reaction associations are stored into the annotation section of the UniProt knowledgebase. These associations are expertised by the Swiss-Prot group curation staff.
2007
SymbioCycLudovic CottretSymbioCyc proposes a direct access to the metabolic network of several endosymbionts but also of free and parasitic bacteria through a BioCyc-like interface.
2009
AcypiCycAugusto Vellozo, Ludovic Cottret, Hubert Charles, plus othersDatabase with the reconstructed metabolic networks of Acyrthosiphon pisum. This reconstruction is based on the available annotations and the use of an in-house tool.
PhEVERLeonor Palmeira, Christian Gautier, plus othersPhEVER is a database of homologous gene families providing information for the understanding of virus/host co-evolution.
